Women & Leadership
This program is a journey of connection filled with unique encounters and experiences. By acquiring the right skills and practicing in a safe environment, we create the ideal conditions for maximum results: in just 3 sessions of 2 days each, over a span of 3 months, you will gain all the soft skills necessary to effectively break through the glass ceiling.
The content of the program is intensive and effective, thanks to a combination of modules, speakers, networking dinners, and relaxation, set amidst an exclusive, forested environment.

One-on-one meetings with our ambassadors and/or masterclass leaders form an integral part of the program, alongside various networking opportunities during the alumni gatherings. We conclude the masterclass sessions with special attention to the growth and successes everyone has achieved during this learning journey. There is also the opportunity to schedule follow-up sessions and individual coaching.
